I started inside an early-stage SaaS company, where I helped scale the business to tens of millions in revenue by improving the product, building the business functions we needed to grow, and delivering digital experiences that won and kept enterprise customers. That momentum led to an eventual acquisition.

From there, I moved into consulting and worked with Fortune 500 leaders on complex growth and transformation initiatives delivering tens of millions in impact. I learned quickly that even the most sophisticated organizations fail without true accountability. Strategy only matters when someone can drive it across the finish line.

Tech Founder
Most recently, I co-founded a fintech helping Americans overcome debt. We built AI-powered tools, launched consumer and B2B go-to-market motions, raised capital, and grew the business to six-figure ARR in under a year. Living the founder reality up close, I saw exactly how much leaders need clarity, structure, and a partner they can trust when the stakes are high.
